Homeland vince 3 premi sui 4 disponibili, solo Mandy Patinkin non riesce a vincere la statuetta battuto da Ed Harris.
Sorpresa abbastanza grossa Girls che vince addirittura 2 Golden Globes a discapito di Modern Family e Julia Louis-Dreyfus che avevano dominato la categoria comedy agli ultimi Emmy.
Anche Louis C.K. rimane a secco.
2 momenti da vedere della cerimonia sono l'arrivo di Bill Clinton (sì, proprio lui
) e il discorso d'addio al cinema di Jodie Foster, davvero emozionante.
